Great 1 bedroom, 2 bath, centrally located to the beach, beach club and pool. Spacious master has a king bed, ensuite bath and also a desk and chair in case you need to work remotely. Full kitchen, laundry, and living room (pull out sofa) with a second bath for guests, and a patio overlooking the golf course complete this vacation-ready getaway!
High Hammock Villas are located near the Ocean Winds Golf Course and only a short walk or bike ride to the beach and the Seabrook Island Club. Wherever you stay on the island you have easy access to 3.5 miles of pristine beaches and scenic bike paths through tranquil marshes, lush maritime forests and rolling fairways. Family-friendly outdoor activities include crabbing, inshore and offshore fishing charters from Bohicket Marina, kayaking or paddle boarding the waterways and trendy shopping and dining at Freshfields Village.

Pool Access: Two oceanfront, community pools at the Seabrook Island Beach Club. Indoor* and outdoor pools at the SIPOA Lake House. *Amenity card required to access the Lake House and additional fees apply for usage of the indoor pool. Daily, weekly, and monthly passes are available.
Gate Pass Access and Parking: Off-street parking. Maximum number of vehicles is 2 (including LSVs), $50 fee per gate pass for your stay.
Pet Policy: This villa does permit one dog under 30 lbs for an added $75 pet fee

The condo is very spacious, much larger than your regular one bedroom. We were there with our two small children and had plenty of room. It was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and the basic set of supplies (paper towel, toiletries, cleaning supplies) were very appreciated. We loved having laundry in the condo.
The neighborhood is very nice and there are lots of amenities nearby, we especially liked the shops and restaurants at nearby Freshfields Village. The beach and pool are a short drive away. It would probably take a 10-15 min on a bike, but definitely not walkable. We did find that there was plenty of parking at the pool and beach entrances.
The communications around the amenity card was a little confusing and we were never able to get a full answer on how the billing works or exactly what amenities were included. The condo number is also not clearly marked (it says 108/109 on the outside of the stairs and not next to the doors) so we tried to enter the wrong place at first before realizing we were in the wrong location.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!

Overall the condo is nice just weird that there were no dressers in the bedroom for our clothes. The bedroom is plenty big for them. Nice but I wouldn't stay at this one again.
