Absolutely stunning property in an area we know and love. Le Castellas has great shared areas to enjoy with family but also enough space and local activities (walking distance) for when anyone needs their own space. For anyone thinking of booking. No AC didn't bother us because of impressively thick walls and fans in rooms. Extended family groups might want to enquire about the bedroom layout - two doubles are off the kids bedroom and also share a bathroom with the room in the tower. The bedrooms on the first floor have private bathrooms and are significantly superior to the other double bedrooms. I've put three stars for check in process. This is probably partly my fault as pigeon French skills and use of Google translate making me appear fluent. It wasn't easy to maintain this pretence communicating via What's App from a car park in Collias on mobile phone without my glasses. I wanted to communicate in French out of courtesy but for the price of the property more professional prior communication about the check in process would have been greatly appreciated. However, once Justine arrived we were reassured. Owners. The property is so beautiful and staying there felt like we were part of the family because of all the personal beautiful objects throughout. We loved it. Only improvement would be...more tea towels needed please. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Great place for a family with 4 children under 12. Property was good and the big ceiling fans on the top floor bedrooms made sleeping a lot easier even in the heat. Ground floor seating was a bit basic. Kitchen equipment was generally very good. Would recommend some tea towels and oven gloves to the owner. wifi worked fine.
