Welcome to our brand new eco-friendly tiny home nestled in the beautiful and secluded Linn Valley Lakes woods, a private and gated, recreational, residential community located just 45-minutes South of the Kansas City metro area, right off Highway 69. At just over 600 square feet, this "tiny" gem is comprised of two attached 320-sf units. "Sunrise" is the East unit, and "Sunset" is the West unit. Each unit offers a kitchenette, queen bed, full sleeper sofas, and much more!
Guests are welcome to enjoy the community amenities, which include:
MINI GOLF COURSE
Mini Golf is Located by the front gates next to the Tennis Court. Putters and golf balls are available at the POA office or the Guard Shack. Feel free to bring your own if you have them, but be aware, hole 19 will not return your golf ball.
TENNIS COURT
The tennis court is located between the mini golf course and the walking trail.
WALKING TRAIL
Located behind the Memorial Park.
HORSESHOE PITS
Located next to the mini golf course. Horseshoes are available at the POA office.
SHELTER HOUSE
Located behind the Community Center close to Cabin A a playground and the front pool. It is a first come first served shelter, a nice shaded place for family events.
SAND VOLLEYBALL COURT
The Sand Volleyball Court is located behind the Big Pool at the Clubhouse.
POOL
This pool is located behind the Clubhouse. There is also a shower house available at the Clubhouse.
PLAYGROUND
This nice and shaded playground is located behind the Clubhouse next to the Basketball Court.
BASKETBALL COURT
The basketball court is located at the clubhouse.
DEER TRACE RESTAURANT
Located at the Golf Course.
Each kitchenette is equipped with an electric cooktop, pots and pans for cooking, a small toaster oven, and a Keurig K-Cup coffee maker (including K cups).
Please note: Two vehicles max. No oversized vehicles are allowed. This includes, but is not limited to; trucks, RV's, trailers or any other oversized vehicle requiring more than one parking space.
Please note, the tiny home is located in the woods and is accessible via gravel only (no stairs). Please use discretion; the property may not be accessible/suitable for those requiring special assistance.

The cabin is very nice. Very clean and modern. They even had coffee as we forgot to bring our own.
My ONLY complaint is it looks like they built this cabin quickly, then piled up all of the construction debris next to it. I’m not so concerned for us, but it’s a pretty unneighborly thing to do. I know if I owned one of the surrounding lake lots at Linn valley lakes, I would be very upset having a vrbo cabin get thrown up and all the crap left there to rot.
You guys need a clean up crew out there to not just haul that off but get the dead limbs etc.
Outside of that the process and cabin was great. It is a two apartment unit, so I don’t think we would have enjoyed having them book another group at the same time as ours. Fortunately it was just us and the other unit was empty.

It was a nice place but the two bedroom/two bath description is actually two separate units. There are not any vanities in the bathrooms so if you have to get ready to go somewhere and look nice, you have to get ready over the toilet. Plan on brushing your teeth in the kitchen sink.
