Welcome to your perfect island getaway! This stunning 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom vacation rental is located on Fripp Island, SC, and is just a short walk away from the Fripp Island Marina. This home is perfect for families or groups of friends, with plenty of space to relax and unwind.
Upstairs, you will find two spacious bedrooms, each with a comfortable king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom. Both bedrooms are equipped with 55" smart TVs and have private decks with outdoor seating. On the main level, you will find the third bedroom, which features two twin beds, a 55" smart TV and a private deck.
This home has an open floor plan, the spacious living room is the perfect spot to gather with your loved ones, with comfortable seating and a large smart TV. The adjacent dining area can accommodate up to 6 guests and leads to a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing delicious meals during your stay.
Step outside onto the large covered deck off of the living room, which features additional seating and is the perfect spot to relax and take in the island breeze. This home also has a washer/dryer for your convenience.

Fripp Island Guest Cards are available with the house but not included. Fripp Island Resort's club cards allow guests to use the tennis facilities, golf courses, pools, rent and water crafts, and use the restaurants on the island. Each guest over the age of 12 must purchase and have in their possession an amenity card to use the resort facilities. The current cost for guest amenity cards is as follows: Memorial Day-Labor Day: $50/person (4-7 day), $35/person (1-4 day); Fall, Winter, and Spring: $35/person (4-7 day), $25/person (1-4 day).
If you opt to purchase amenity cards, a 12.8% resort fee will be added to your reservation. This resort fee will only be added if you choose to add amenity cards.
Renters must be over 25 years of age to reserve our property. No large groups and no parties!

I came here with a group of girlfriends. The house was perfect - spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. We rented a golfcart and it was super easy to get around the island. We had a wonderful stay and would come back again!

We had a wonderful winter stay at this newly renovated and well designed home. It had everything we needed for a great stay and was close to the marina. We would love to stay there again.

This was Our favorite house thus far that we have stayed in over our last 8 years of coming to fripp with family!
Awesome location, beautiful renovation. Comfortable beds and sofas! Well stocked kitchen! Loved being able to walk on the golf course to the end of the fairway and seeing the gorgeous sunset every night!
