This rental does include a complimentary golf cart. All operators must be 21 years or older with a valid driver's license. Additional rules may apply per the rental agreement.
Bed, bath, and kitchen linens are included in the cleaning fee.
Ocean Lakes charges $12.00 per day, per vehicle, for passes purchased 10+ days in advance of your arrival. Passes purchased less than 10 days in advance are $15.00 per day. This is payable directly to Ocean Lakes and not included in your payment for the rental. Instructions on completing this process will be emailed to you prior to your arrival.
There is parking for 1 standard vehicle at this site. If you have additional vehicles, they must be parked in the overflow lot (daily fee still applies).
A welcome packet containing information on obtaining parking passes will be emailed to you upon receipt of payment in full & 30 days prior to your arrival.
Baby items are available for rent during your stay. Baby gear rental registration will be included in your welcome packet.
Pre-arrival grocery delivery is available for an additional fee. Pre-arrival grocery delivery information will be included in your welcome packet.
Access information will be emailed at 3:45 PM on arrival date.
Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit payment is received

We had a great stay! The check-in was seamless, the home was clean, and the property was as advertised. It was somewhat of a tight squeeze to get into the drive as the house lies off the small dirt roads. It was a quiet area!

The house was much small than the pictures looked. The house was too far off the main streets (not obvious in the description). The door to the master bathroom had a hole in it where there may have once been a doorknob. There was a long screw sticking out of the wall where it appears a toilet paper holder once was. Both shower stalls are extremely small.
