About this house rental
This 4 bedroom 2 bath Lake Milton getaway also has dock access for 1 boat or jet skis. Less than 1/2 mile from the launch ramp. You will be 1 mile or less to Craig Beach with public beach access, plenty of restaurants, a brewery, a winery and golf courses are all close by. Great family home for 10-11 people. New patio out back with gas grill, table and chairs

Had a wonderful weekend celebrating my husband's birthday with the whole family. Michael was wonderful. He made us feel very welcomed in his home. The house had everything we could need and was very clean and cute. A short walk to the lake where we rented a pontoon for the day. Had dinner at a local restaurant. Would definitely go back again. Thanks Michael

The house is a good size for family gatherings. There was a nice large dining table and chairs and a family room area that was great for gathering.
The host was great to work with, very responsive to any questions and alerted us to any issues.
The house was clean and the furniture was comfortable.
The backyard has a very nice small covered patio that is new and very comfortable for 4 - 6 people.
The pictures in the listing "seemed" to imply that you had lake access or at least a lake view from the property. That is not true. The lake is back down the road several hundred yards and then across the street.
The kitchen was large and adequately stocked with appliances, coffee and condiments, etc.
The garage does have an air hockey table and darts but no chairs or seating area.
The sleeping arrangements were less than desirable. The beds and mattresses were fine - but no bedroom has an en suite. One bathroom downstairs - shared by everyone through the day and one bathroom upstairs for six of us through the night. The bedroom downstairs has no windows. The "bedroom" with the bunk beds is actually an open family room. So if anyone is sleeping in the family room bunk beds (which we had to do since there were 8 of us altogether - which the listing says it sleeps) then the other two bedrooms (4 people) only have access to the bathroom by walking through your bunk bed bedroom. Not good. Should be listed as a three-bedroom house with bunkbeds in the family room.
