This stunning property offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, both bathrooms are spacious and offer walk in showers. The master bedroom has a king size bed, built in wardrobes and en-suite, the second bedroom has a double bed and both bedrooms have direct access to the terraced balcony.
There is an American style kitchen with breakfast bar that overlooks the dining area and lounge that also offers direct access to the terraced balcony.
This apartment is fully equipped with air-conditioning that has both hot and cold settings and all the white goods necessary to feel like you are going on vacation from home to home.
The terrace has rattan sofa, chairs and table as well as a smart tv.
In this new complex you will find a beautiful communal pool that offers traditional Spanish parasols and plenty of seating and sun loungers to enjoy the all day Spanish sunshine.

We were really happy with the check in process which was really easy and the rep met us out of hours due to our flight being delayed.
The apartment was very clean and well equipped but the TV outside does not work as it won’t connect to WiFi and there is no aerial connection. It would have been helpful if we had a second set of keys as there are numerous gates which are all locked so if you go to the pool you need to keep the keys in order to get back in. Great location for the Villa Martin plaza just a short walk of around 10mins
