Valentino Golf II Sunrise

The property itself was great. Great location, great facilities and very very clean. The apartment has nearly everything you would need for your stay. (Apart from a 5th pillow and chairs for the pool, see below)

The location to pick up the keys was a 25 min drive away. This would not be easy to get to if you hadn’t rented a car. We had no WiFi for 24hrs upon arrival and was given the wrong username, we figured the real one out ourselves as the management company did not get back to us. We also requested a pillow as between 5 of us there was only 4 pillows. The pillow never arrived. We asked about where to get chairs for around the pool and never received a reply. We were unable to use the main bathroom for the first day as we were approached on arrival by the downstairs neighbour to tell us it was leaking in to her apartment. This meant day 2 of our holiday was spent waiting in for a maintenance person as there was no spare key. We were not given instructions on how to get into the complex or the pool area. There was luckily a helpful neighbour at the gate as we arrived. Lastly, we paid a €200 deposit and only received €195 back with no explanation, it’s only €5 but the principle of it leaves a sour taste. The apartment lacks a welcome booklet which could have answered a variety questions we had about the apartment.

La recogida de llaves es en Torrevieja.... no en el propio apartamento. En verano, Torrevieja es un embudo de atascos, y tardas 20 minutos en ir. Eché de menos mas rollos de papel higienico ( solo habia 1 por baño) , y sábanas para la cama superior de la litera. CORTINAS!!! ya se que solo suelen ir extranjeros, pero son muy necesarias.

L'appartement est propre et confortable

Pas du tout apprécié d'aller à un endroit pour aller chercher les clés de l'appartement qui se trouvent à 20 km environ de l'appartement. Sur l'annonce c'est écrit qu'une personne va vous attendre,je pensais qu'il parlait de l'appartement,pas du tout c'est une agence qui gère a toreviera.

Information on website very poor. It clearly says someone will meet you at the apartment with keys. This is incorrect, we had a notification the day before to say that keys had to be collected from their office in Torrevieja. This was a mission, you have to first find the place then access key boxes, all after you have travelled for hours. Then the SatNav took is to the apartment block, which was incorrect. The keys say Valentino 2 on them, and there is an apartment block that says the same, so you’d think that was it……. But it wasn’t !! I had to face time the office for directions to the correct block. Was not impressed. Very surprised to not even have a bottle of water in the fridge 🤷‍♂️
