About this apartment rental
This is a renovated 30 m² studio apartment. It features a spacious, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. It has two areas: the kitchen-dining area and the living-bedroom area. It includes a double bed, a closet, and a comfortable sofa bed that sleeps two people.
MADRID 360 ZBE regulations. Only vehicles with an environmental sticker are permitted.
In accordance with Spanish law, guest registration is mandatory (ID card/passport)
The space
A newly renovated 40 m2 studio. Spacious and fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom with shower. Double bed and sofa bed for two. My studio does not have a separate bedroom. The ceilings are high, as it is a classic home, and there is a large window in the kitchen that overlooks the courtyard. It is an interior studio, though bright and very quiet.
We’ve switched our Airbnb account and lost over 100 reviews from previous guests, with an average rating of 4.5 stars (check out the photo gallery).
Guest access
The kitchen is equipped with new appliances (refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, glass-ceramic stove, …) and all the necessary kitchenware and utensils. The apartment has heating, air conditioning (AC), and free Wi-Fi.
Other things to note
One hand towel and one bath towel will be provided for each guest.
Bedding includes a fitted sheet, a comforter with a cover, and two pillows with pillowcases.
