About this house rental
Come enjoy this bright and colorful spot in the heart of Park Circle! This home is located just foot steps to over 20 of Park Circle's restaurants and bars including coffee shops, bakeries, pubs & more.
Downtown Charleston is just 11 miles away and the beaches are 17 miles. Riverfront park where you can enjoy many concerts, a large park for kids, and a restaurant on the water is only 2 miles away. This home is a wonderful location for all of your adventures that await you in Charleston.
When pulling up to the home you'll be greeted by the colorful front porch where you can sit and enjoy company. Through the bright orange front door you'll walk into the living room. There you'll find an open floor-plan style home from the living room to the kitchen. The living room has a couch and two chairs as well as two poofs to accommodate as much seating as needed. The smart TV in the living room has access provided for Hulu, Disney + and ESPN + with the availability to log into your own Netflix or other streaming apps.
The kitchen is fully stocked with dinnerware, utensils, and all supplies needed for your daily meals and prep. We have a filtered water system installed in the kitchen sink for easy access to filtered and safe drinking water. The kitchen table has 4 seats and a bench that seats two. There are also two extra chairs in the office if needed to add extra seating to the dinning room table.
From the kitchen you'll come upon our favorite corner, the coffee bar. We have a Keurig and a normal coffee brewer for larger pots of coffee, you'll find sugar and creamer stocked for your first few cups of coffee for those early morning risers ready to take on a day of adventures! We also supply tea and a kettle if that is preferred. The laundry room and pantry are on the other side of that hallway with laundry detergent supplied for your first couple of loads and lots of pantry storage so you can stock up for your vacation.
There are four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Along with the living room, the queen and the king rooms both have smart TVs in the them. The bright and clean twin room provides lots of natural light. There is a fourth bedroom/office that has a daybed/trundle in it. It can sleep up to two people with the trundle pulled out. That room also has a desk, books and a cozy nook to work or read in anytime of day!
We also have supplies needed for children including a pack and play and high chair, if you will need those things please let us know so we can have them out for you!
Past the last bedroom is the door to the backyard where you'll be delighted to see a large porch, grill, wonderful shade, and porch games to enjoy with family and friends. There is often a fresh breeze from the Cooper river which is just blocks from the home. We provide a propane grill with all tools and accessories needed to grill up your favorite meal. The outdoor space is surrounded by mature trees that provide wonderful shade and beautiful green plants to enjoy the views.

The home is accessed through a keyless entry system with a code that will be provided upon booking. You will have access to the entire home and grounds except for one closet in the office that is the owners closet, and the shed in the back will remain locked as well.
Other things to note:
While we hope that you will come and enjoy your stay here, we do not want any large parties or late night partying. We are in a neighborhood with families and want to continue to keep the neighborhood peaceful and enjoyable for all of those living here.
There are many fun activities to do in Park Circle and around Charleston including charters for fly fishing & deep sea fishing, bike & kayak rentals, touring historical ships & buildings, and many more. If you are interested in any of those things please let us know, we can help you get connected to those services.
There are two disc golf courses close by, one within walking distance. We supply a handful of discs for you to enjoy. We are surrounded by local breweries, cideries, and a couple of distilleries as well. Many of them offer live music and are very family friendly. All of these things make Park Circle and Charleston a lively and fun place to come spend your vacation.

This home is so great! Central to the Charleston area and walking distance to restaurants in N Charleston. We had 4 adults- Perfect size for us, super clean, great decor and hosts! Thank yall again!

The house was super cute, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. We really appreciated the complimentary coffee and the generous late checkout. One small note: the A/C in the master bedroom was a bit loud at times, and although the listing says checkout is at 11am, it might be worth updating the description for clarity. Overall, a wonderful experience—we’d definitely stay again!
