Perfect for large groups, this charming home features tropical Charleston themed decor and plenty of space for your group.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up a delicious meal, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, and microwave. The living area and chair nook are perfect for relaxing and feature comfortable furnishings and plenty of natural light.

The 4 bedrooms are all spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for you and your guests to spread out. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated and features comfortable beds, ample storage space, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light.

Firearms Prohibited: Firearms are not allowed on the property. Any firearm found will be considered abandoned and handled accordingly.

Charleston is a vibrant, growing city, and guests may experience typical urban sounds, including traffic, nearby restaurants, bars, or general street noise. Construction noise may also occur in the area. While we strive to inform guests of potential disruptions, we may not always have advance notice of such activities.

Charleston does have quite a few bugs, we have a professional pest control company service the house every month. Every effort is made to present a clean home at Check-In. To minimize the impact of bugs on your vacation, keep doors/windows closed, food wrapped and store it in the refrigerator.

We booked this Vrbo for our annual family vacation and had a wonderful time exploring Charleston! The home itself was very charming, with cute decor and plenty of comfortable seating for everyone. Communication with the hosts was excellent—they were very responsive and addressed any major issues promptly. For example, when we arrived, we noticed the ironing board was broken, and they replaced it the very next day. Similarly, a sink plug wasn’t working properly, and maintenance came out quickly to fix it.That said, there were a few aspects that could be improved. Upon arrival, we noticed leftover decorations and tape on the walls from a previous bachelorette party, which made the space feel a bit less tidy. The back patio also needed some attention—there were dead bugs, and the outdoor cushions could have used a good cleaning. Inside the house, most of the doors squeaked quite loudly, and a few light switches (especially in the powder room) were stiff and difficult to use.Another consideration is that pool access isn’t included—you have to pay per person, which we wish had been more clearly advertised. Lastly, we were a bit disappointed to find no beach towels or cooler available, especially given the home's proximity to the beach. We were able to rent some items, but it would have been nice to have those provided.Overall, we had a nice stay and appreciated the quick responses from the hosts, but a few small improvements would have made the experience even better.
