Mama Rose Home Stay welcomes you to this fully furnished apartment in Madipakkam. We wish you an enjoyable and restful stay at this 3 BHK apartment completely protected from mosquitoes.
24/7 solar powered lights, fans and entertainment provides a stress free stay. The entire apartment is air conditioned, equipped with false ceiling and LED lights keeping the house cool. A wide range of amenities are available be it for fun, peace, relaxation, convenience and/or entertainment during your stay.
A neat 3 BHK, furnished to the brim with 3 phase electricity and 24/7 solar backup.
Living room: Comes with 4K 55" SmartTV, Dolby 7.1.2 Atmos LG sound bar, high-speed unlimited Airtel broadband connection with a speed of 300 Mbps is available (accessible in all rooms). Teak wood sofa set – 1 three-seater and 2 single-seater; Teakwood centre table with glass top.
Bed Rooms: All 3 bedrooms are air conditioned and has 1 king size & 2 queen size beds with attached bathrooms fitted with western closet, wash basin, shower panel; heater etc. Iron box and hair dryer is available in the master bedroom.
Dining Room: 2 ton Air conditioner which spreads its coolness to the living room as well. Double door LG refrigerator with RO water dispenser. Teak wood 6 seat-dining table & standing bar counter. Crockery unit with ceramic bowls; ice-cream cups; cups and saucers; glass water tumblers; etc. Serving table counter with attached wash basin.
Kitchen: Fully equipped Western/Indian style kitchen. Electric KAFF 4 burner hob with piped gas connection; KAFF chimney; LG microwave; In-built KAFF oven; Philips mixie; Coffee maker; Philips toaster; Philips citrus juicer; full set cooking utensils; cutleries; serving dishes; plates & tumblers; storage boxes etc. Out of the two taps fitted, one tap is connected to the Kent RO water purifier for drinking.
Wash Area: Wash area is fitted with LG Washing Machine; Kent RO water purifier.
Common Utilities: At the car park area (ground floor) - 24/7 security personnel; CCTV coverage; free parking space for 1 car and 1 motorcycle. Elevator upto 3rd floor (open terrace) which is wheelchair friendly.

Guests can access the terrace from 6 AM to 9 PM for morning walks, exercise and leisure.

Stayed in rental for a family event. Very clean, most comfortable beds, air conditioned. Had some issues with a broken toilet and shower head, but owner was very responsive and fixed it promptly. The area outside is not the best, but the inside is spotless.

Well maintained, well equipped, private, and a very cozy place to enjoy family vacation and family get together. Great amenities nearby for shopping, and entertainment. Phoenix mall one of the largest in Chennai is located very close to the property. There are bus facilities and shopping facilities right around the corner. I love tender coconut, there is a tender coconut vendor at the end of the road which made it convenient for me to enjoy my tender coconut every day.
My family, and friends and me enjoyed the stayed to the utmost.
