The stay was just too good. The ambience, staff, facilities, amenities, beach access everything was a chef's kiss. I loved being there and it was an amazing experience.
Honestly nothing but if they had food service and a hair dryer it'd have been perfect.

1. Location was fantastic - proximity to the beach and ease of getting uber rides, food delivered from nearby restaurants and also from the grocery store called Abi & Abi Mart.
2. The housekeepers (Raju and Panchu) were extremely responsive and respectful. Other people on the property were also very friendly and warm.
3. The sea view rooms that we booked had a balcony overlooking the beach and it was so serene to sit out at all times of the day.
4. The breakfast was sumptuous and tasty and most importantly agreed with all of us.
1. The elevator that opens up right in the living room of the unit is unsettling during the night time. That design is a little bit odd. When our kids were sleeping in the other room across from us we couldn't sleep very well knowing the elevator could open up. In the end, we decided to sleep with one kid each.
2. There is a spring mattress in one of the rooms (Clouds Rest) and that is not very comfortable at all.
3. The bathrooms are nothing like what you see in the videos. There are holes on the wall leftover from some rewiring work or whatever. The shower sprays everywhere (in both bathrooms). soaking tub does not look usable and has a lot of scaling from hardwater. The fixtures also need changing or fixing!
4. Large lizards dash across the living room wall into the bar area and I get very weird with lizards!
5. The unit does have a kitchenette and yet it lacks some basic things like plates, spoons and common things like sugar, salt etc.
6. I think some maintenance of the property is definitely in order.

Home away from Home and very good sea front location. Pleasing positive vibration villa with swimming pool. Above all homely people. Would love to visit along with family once again.
