Studio tropical baie des citrons

« Petit cocon » parfait, bien équipé. La sécurité, y compris pour mon véhicule. L’emplacement idéal, à proximité de tout pour les RV et loisirs.

Le bruit des animaux (chat, chien) dans certains appartements. Le bruit provoqué par le vent dans les baies vitrées du studio.

Beautiful location in Baie de Citron, surrounded by eateries of every type, and almost everything one would need in a compact flat. It made a great base in Noumea for 2 weeks. The hosts have clearly put a lot of thought into the apartment, with cooking facilities, fridge, washer, dryer, ironing board and clothes horse all provided. And we enjoyed the balcony, even though it had a view of the car park. Underground parking space was handy. The hosts are lovely and very communicative and helpful. Also having key code entry to the building and the flat makes arrival and checkout really easy, without having to worry about keys.

To be honest, there wasn't too much to fault. In January, Noumea is hot, and the air-conditioning struggled a little with the heat coming from outside. And it can be a bit noisy on a windy night.

The location was awesome. The size and layout of the studio was perfect for us. The kitchen facilities were good and it was good to have a decent sized fridge.

The studio fit out is getting old - the fixtures are in a state of decay and need updating. The sheets were old and synthetic. It was a bit grubby - needs a deep clean.
