Nice location, convenient access to stores, secure building.

External door access was very buggy. Remote access only worked once out of many attempts. Once past that obstacle the physical key in the external door had to be jiggled a lot in order to work. Almost like it wasn’t the right key or the lock is worn. This external door is communal so not 100% the fault of this property, but needs some attention. The Wi-Fi never worked and we had to use a different one supplied by the property owner (possibly a neighbour).

Todo muy ordenado y limpio, te dejan lo suficiente para la estadía, incluso hasta agua en botella, el lugar queda cerca de todo.

Tuve algunos problemas con el agua caliente, costaba que saliera.

La ubicación es buena, es lindo el departamento.

La cama es muy pequeña y la escalera para llegar a ella igual, bajar y subir era para hacerlo una sola vez.

The location is amazing. It’s very close to the metro and bus stations, but it’s so central that you can just walk everywhere. The price was very reasonable and the people managing the property were very good. Very polite and accommodating. Small issues with the WiFi were resolved immediately after contacting them. They were seriously amazing.

The apartment is smaller than it looks which was not really a problem. However, there is only one window and as a result, there is mold in several parts of the bathroom, mostly near the shower area. The bathroom brush was broken when we arrived and the toilet hadn’t been cleaned properly, so we cleaned it ourselves. In addition, of the apartment was not cleaned thoroughly as we were founding strands of long black hair throughout the steps. The rest of the room was full of wall stains, but that’s nothing a fresh coat of paint can’t resolve. The only serious problems were really the mold in the bathroom and the paper thin walls.
