Зручні ліжка, біла постіль, чисті рушники. Достатньо спальних місць. Дітям дуже сподобався другий поверх у ліжка. Тостер, кавова машина, мікрохвильовка - зручно на кухні.
Не зовсім чиста підлога і нестача посудомийки на кухні, а також деяких дрібниць, наприклад, ніж був всього один.

Communication du propriétaire a permis à trouvé et entrer facilement. Emplacement comparer à notre besoin Messe Berlin à 20-25 mins à pied ce qui était sympa
Emplacement dans une cour sombre au rez-de-chaussée avec un portail plus ouvert que fermé - 2 grande vitre/porte - pas très rassurant - heureusement pour les rideaux foncés. Lit pas mal niveau confort au RDC et en loft mais au niveau de la loft me suis cogné multiple fois parce que l’espace sous plafond est ridiculement bas. Les toilettes / douches sont en sous sol pas de problème mais les escalier en métal troués font mal au pied la nuit même avec des chaussettes. Niveau aménagement ça va - mais un peu sur le côté stricte minimum. Pas de guide écrit multilingue sur l’appartement, comment faire fonctionner la télé etc comment connecter au WiFi etc. (Wifi publique pas sécurisé;( ). Rapport qualité prix avec les mentions si-dessus même pendant ITB (expo) assez mauvais.
