We liked the view, easy access to the beach, the two complimentary beach chairs, and other than the construction work that was underway, the access to local shops was easily accessed.
The drain for the tub/shower in the secondary bathroom was extremely slow, towel and toilet paper holders in the master bath fell repeatedly, and some of the electrical outlets were inoperable.

Very accommodating. Great location to the beach.
Would be nice for the kids if, the pool was on the ocean side but I know that’s probably not possible. Probably better during the summer months.
