The host is so sweet! The location is close to the beach, grocery store around the corner. It was a unique stay and definitely something I will remember. Good WiFi! I worked from there. But Jana even brought me another router, because she worried it might not be sufficient. The flat has a water- kettle, mini cooking are fridge and basic kitchen utensils.

Everything was great. Just an FYI: The drapes are seethrough, so in the summer you might wake up earlier as planned if you don't wear a sleeping mask like I did. :) Also bear in mind that you are staying in the Center

The general location is good – the beach is 400 m away, a supermarket is in close vicinity, and a train station is nearby. The host was kind; she gave us two beach towels for free. The apartment is spacious, as is the double bed.

Well… having read some of the previous reviews, we were certainly disappointed. Our experience was quite different. First, the bathtub is practically useless for an average-tall adult! If you are 180 cm, you can forget taking a shower standing up. The tub is super small and raised off the ground, with a sloping ceiling above that further limits the space. It is completely unclear why such a tub was installed. Moreover, there is no shower curtain, so if you manage to take a normal shower, expect a lot of water on the floor. The problem with the bathroom gets even worse when you add a broken toilet seat sealed with duct tape! Frankly, we have never seen such a thing in any apartment we have booked! Had the seat broken right before our arrival, the host could have replaced it during our 5-day stay, but that just didn’t happen. Second, the kitchenette is very small, as well as poorly and unevenly equipped. The dining table is also small and wobbly, and it feels more like outdoor garden furniture than indoor furniture. The fridge is equally small. Overall, forget about cooking meals. Third, although roomy, the entire apartment is structured and furnished strangely. There are several corners and angles filled with weird items that serve no obvious purpose. On the other hand, the wardrobe is tiny and insufficient for two people staying more than a few nights. The apartment itself is located on the top floor of an old three-story building. The building sits at an intersection between two very busy streets, which means a lot of traffic noise. Fortunately, the apartment is quite soundproof thanks to good PVC windows. Overall, the apartment in the condition we experienced does not deserve a higher rating. It could be much better if the owner(s) designed it better, invested more in it, and took better care of it.
