I never book the apartment in future

new apartment

I have not noticed on booking there is no window in the room and at night strong ventilliaton troubls me , the isolation is poor - I hear sounds from other rooms and corridor - price for such room is overvalued.Closed parking is overcrowed by cars .

Rude costumer service, made multiple mistakes and then dares to give me an attitude, very weird.

It’s right next to the airport

Booked for 2 people but only received 1 towel. Several electrical outlets do not work. Had to boil water on the ground in the corner of the room. When mentioning issues, the response came with attitude. The person responsible for chatting with clients is highly unprofessional, lacks basic customer service skills, and should be trained. The booking page is misleading: it states there is a washing machine and kitchen, but these are not available for this room. The rude response from staff left a very negative impression - wouldn’t have felt this way if the interaction had been polite. Would not recommend if you expect any friendly help or service. The only positives: it’s close to the airport and everything is self-service

Good for an overnight stay.

The studio was compact and well set up for an overnight stay. Had everything we could need. Check in instructions were clear and helpful. The bed was reasonably comfortable and the shower was clean.

The toilet seat didn't appear to be fully cleaned when we checked in and the owner sent us repeated messages about the city tax (despite us having already left the required amount in the room/confirmed that we would be doing so) - communication could have been more polite. In terms of location, the place is very close to the airport by driving but public transport from the place to the airport is not very regular/quick. However, we managed to get a Bolt cab for €4.

far away from the city, but it would be my top choice if I have to travel from the airport the next day:) It also lacked some dishes that would be nice to have like a pan, but I think it’s manageable if you let the host to know in advance.

ATTENTION THIEF! I booked the apartment as an appartment with a kitchen for 11 nights. As I came - there was no kitchen. I called the owner. We agreed that I would shorten my stay to 4 nights, look for something with kitchen and get a refund for remaining nights. After I did as we discussed the owner stopped repplying messages and calls. I called him back after a week he answered (probably after he ereased my number), but when I said who I am he disconnected. I called booking.com. They say they were also trying to contact him, but no repply. UWAGA OSZUST! Zarezerwowałem apartament z kuchnią na 11 nocy. Po przyjeździe okazało się, że nie ma kuchni. Zadzwoniłem do właściciela. Umówiliśmy się, że skrócę pobyt do 4 nocy, poszukam czegoś z kuchnią i otrzymam zwrot pieniędzy za pozostałe noce. Po tym, jak to ustaliliśmy, właściciel przestał odpowiadać na wiadomości i telefony. Oddzwoniłem do niego po tygodniu – odebrał (prawdopodobnie po tym, jak usunął mój numer), ale kiedy powiedziałem, kim jestem, rozłączył się. Zadzwoniłem do booking.com. Podobno również próbowali się z nim skontaktować, ale bez odpowiedzi.

Ich hatte eine extrem negative Erfahrung beim Ivolita Hotel in Vilnius, sie unterschlugen meine Zahlung. Nie wieder. Vorsicht, diese Leute sind nicht seriös. Und Booking erlaubt mir nicht, eine Bewertung zu hinterlassen.

Очень понравилась чистота и тишина. У меня был ночной авиарейс, так что мне нужно было поспать во второй половине дня. За счёт того, что в комнате нет окон, я в темноте и тишине выспалась отлично. Очень удобная кровать и спальный комплект.

Мне не хватало столовых приборов (вилка, нож), хотя бы небольшой тарелочки или блюдца. Было бы великолепно, если бы в номере был небольшой холодильник. Летом его не достает, конечно. Ещё очень необходима полочка в ду́ше: некуда положить мыло и шампунь.

Gute Lage, für eine Nacht gerade noch OK.

Die Lage ist super, um direkt vom oder an den Flughafen zu gelangen, wenn man spät Abends an- oder abreist. Das Self-Checkin ist unkompliziert und praktisch.

Das benachbarte Zimmer hat offenbar den Fernseher an der gegenüberliegenden Wand der Steckdosen im Raum - sogar wenn der Nachbar bei normaler Lautstärke TV schaut, hört man dies so, als ob es im eigenen Raum wäre. Das Wi-Fi Abdeckung ist katastrophal. Der Vermieter wurde daraufhin kontaktiert: Immerhin schlug er noch ein weiteres, noch schlechteres Wi-Fi vor, zu nutzen. Weitere Anfragen wurden daraufhin leider ignoriert. Das Bettsofa ist gross genug für zwei Personen, aber leider nicht sehr gemütlich.

Плюсы: Отель удобно расположен всего в нескольких минутах езды от аэропорта. Поездка на такси Bolt обошлась в 4 евро, что очень удобно для краткосрочных остановок. Комната была уютной и чистой — это единственное, что действительно оставило положительное впечатление.

Минусы: К сожалению, в остальном опыт проживания оказался далёк от ожидаемого. Я крайне редко пишу отзывы с критикой, но в данном случае не могу умолчать. Самый большой минус — непрозрачная и, на мой взгляд, недобросовестная политика раннего заселения. Заблаговременно была достигнута устная договорённость с персоналом о раннем заезде за дополнительную плату 10 евро. Однако при прибытии, которое состоялось даже раньше 12:00, мне сообщили, что стоимость составляет уже 20 евро. Ни на сайте, ни в подтверждении бронирования не было указано чётких условий и тарифов по времени заезда. В итоге, «в порядке исключения», мне предложили компромисс — 15 евро. Подобная неясность и фактическое изменение условий вызывают разочарование и недоверие. Кроме того, сам отель расположен в промышленной зоне, и вид из окна больше напоминает окрестности химического или металлургического предприятия, чем место для отдыха. Атмосфера за пределами номера оставляет желать лучшего — особенно для тех, кто рассчитывает на более приятное визуальное и эмоциональное окружение.

Pusryčių nėra, vieta kažkiek triukšminga, bet langai labai sulaiko triukšmą. Stovėjimo aikštelė patogi, Įėjimas ir raktų pasiėmimas patogus.

Buvau rašiusi, kad atvyksiu nuo 14 iki 15h, bet atvykus šiek tiek anksčiau, buvo paminėta, kad jei noriu įeiti, tai turėsiu damokėti, kažkaip žmogiškumo trūksta šioje vietoje. Kitos įstaigos įsileidžia anksčiau, jei tik kambarys yra laisvas.

В номер не попал. Стоял с чемоданами у двери, а в номере жили другие люди. Как оказалось, хозяин не читал переписку через Букинг, все неверно понял и сдал номер на договоренное время другим людям. Хотя сумма за проживание со счета ушла. Пришлось заказывать такси и ездить по городу искать отель для поселения.

Коли заселився ,повідомив господаря що інтернет відсутній.роутер,покриття є,але трафіку не має.за умовами проживання це входить в послуги.все що я отримав від господаря це нагадування про те щоб я залишив під час виселення 2€ на міський податок.іншої відповіді не було.на наступний ранок знову те саме нагадування про необхідність залишити готівку в номері.я звичайно залишив 5€.на другий день,коли почав приймати душ,зникла гаряча вода.господарю вже нічого не писав.було одне бажання залишити цей номер і ніколи не повертатися.я не рекомендую перебування в цьому помешканні,та відслідковувати інші які здаються цим господарем.також прошу звернути увагу адміністрації Booking на дотримання умов договору цим власником.
