Very cosy cottage, thank you for welcome tea, milk cake and biscuits.
The shower water pressure was very low and not very hot water.
Twin rooms narrow beds with very firm uncomfortable mattress.
Stairs to upper floor very narrow difficult to climb

Central Location in lower part of village- Perfect
Facilities great and comfortable.
Decor lovely including a twinkly Christmas tree. The welcome pack of cake, biscuits and tea was really appreciated.
Nothing thanks - the owners have gone to a lot of thought and effort to provide a fantastic, very comfortable, clean, well furnished, versatile property in Robin Hoods Bay
