Ottima accoglienza e kit di benvenuto. nella casa c'era tutto quello che serviva all'arrivo: cialde per caffè, acqua fresca nel frigorifero, un po' di frutta. Gran bel giardino, BBQ per grigliate, grade tavolo esterno ed anche veranda per colazione all'esterno. Posto ventilato, si può evitare di usare il climatizzatore.

I cani del vicino hanno abbaiato per un paio di notti, veramente odiosi. Hanno rovinato la pace del posto. Sarebbe utile mettere a disposizione degli ospiti 2 piccoli ombrelloni da spiaggia per chi ama le spiagge libere. Anche il forno a microonde sarebbe comodo

This is a very cozy and quiet place, fully equipped with everything you might need for a perfect holiday. When we arrived, the house was already stocked with everything necessary for living — even groceries for the first days. The house itself is very clean, convenient, and comfortable. Outside, there is a wonderful garden with different areas to relax. On the first day, before we rented a car, we walked to the beach in about 15 minutes. It’s possible on foot, but not very convenient, since there isn’t a sidewalk all the way, and you sometimes need to walk along the roadside. The next morning, once I had the car, it was just a one-minute drive. The beach itself is sandy, clean, well-organized, and has a nice bar. The hostess, Mrs. Yiota, is a truly wonderful person! She is so hospitable and always ready to help with anything. She sent me such detailed and thoughtful instructions and advice that I didn’t even need to ask ChatGPT this time :) Although we didn’t manage to meet in person, we spoke often on the phone. She gave us excellent tips and even introduced us to a taxi driver, Mr. Takis. Mr. Takis kindly showed us all the nearby places we needed and even introduced us to some locals. Among them was Mr. Kirakos, the owner of a supermarket in the nearest village — a very friendly and sociable man, always ready to help with advice or action. His supermarket has absolutely everything: from fresh meat and fish to household goods. In fact, all the locals are extremely kind and welcoming! Even Mrs. Yiota’s neighbors, staying in the villa next door, would often bring us fresh fruit from their gardens in the mornings. Everyone knows and respects Mrs. Yiota, and being her guest is an extra privilege. This was the first holiday that absolutely everyone in our family enjoyed — from my mother, who is 75, to my daughter, who is only 8. Thank you so much, Mrs. Yiota! I truly hope to return next year. Highly recommended!
