Little Burrows

The location couldn't be better. You're within minutes of Porthmeor beach & the centre. Parking - Although there is parking at various car parks close by they are full by about 09.00 ish. We parked at St Ives RFC for £8.00 per day, takes about 25 mins to walk there, which wasn't a problem for us because we parked the car up for the duration of the holiday. Noise - There was some noise from the apartment above which I'm assuming was from people returning to their accommodation, but it was only minor. Building work - The cottage across the road is being renovated, so there were some minor noise between 08.30 - 16.00 ish, but they were very mindful & respectful. I only mention it because others have, wouldn't stop us staying again. The apartment is great for a few days/week, but be mindful its small & compact. Ideal for a short break. Internet - It's poor, but it's not unique to the apartment, it's everywhere around St Ives. Stay again - Absolutely

Nothing, lovely little studio.

The location was fantastic and the property was very clean and modern, it had all the basics. The shower was lovey.

It was a little dark inside but the main lights were really bright - feel like it would benefit from some softer lighting in the front room like lamps. Whilst it was all lovely you could tell it was purely a rental not a home that’s rented out - just lacked that home from home feel. But can’t really fault it for that.

The location was excellent for both parking and ease of access into town. The property was of a very high standard. The welcome pack was a lovely gift after a long journey.

Location was ideal and very clean

Building work directly outside. Bedroom was very dark and hot and there was no water this morning (switched off outside property apparently) so as we were up and out this morning we couldn’t have a cup of tea or proper showers which wasn’t ideal as we we had a long journey home. Some guy from up the road was switching it back on at the water valve outside our door just as we were leaving ??
