The Host, Ser is truly great. He will take care of you

Ser is a really wonderful host. He is friendly, has lots of tips about the area, and was willing to sort out any issues I brought up. In addition he had beers ready in the fridge

Amazing

Really cute studio with good facilities! When booking I didn't realized the bathroom was shared, but that was definitely not a problem. Everything was very clean and organized! I love the attention to details such as the information book and the welcome drink!

Comfortable with some nice homely touches such as the drinks and games that were provided.

Flat was clean and tidy and very comfortable. The tea and coffee welcome pack was appreciated! Location was excellent for our destination, the MECC, which was 5 minutes away. To get into the main town the number 2 bus is 2 minutes away. Restaurants were easy to walk to or some do delivery which was useful on the first night when we were late back.

A unique and intimate experience

Loved everything about our stay at Sharon's Studio Blue - the hosts are exceptional and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable, share local knowledge and show you the area's magnificent highlights. The location is sublime, right in the middle of a little village with loads of beautiful houses and a rich history. It is close to shops and a short easy walk to the Conference Centre (MECC). You will also enjoy fresh eggs from Sharon's chickens daily and if you're lucky, some amazing honey locally farmed by Ser himself. Ser's vast local knowledge of the town and it's history will enhance your trip and give you insights into the area that you simply would never experience in any hotel. This is a delight for travellers looking for a more unique, authentic and intimate experience of the area.

Functioneel.

Het appartement is een prima verblijf en uitvalsbasis voor Maastricht en omgeving. Alles erop en eraan, goed bed, prima uitgerust keukentje, aparte woonkamer. Badkamer is gedeeld, en dat gaat prima.

Het is een beetje uitgeleefd allemaal, geeft een beetje shabby indruk en niet echt gezellig. Samen met overmatige Halloweenversiering en overal posters en een grote vlag van FvD aan de gevel, gaf mij als gast een vreemd gevoel.

Knus en goed uitgerust appartement!

Het is een heel knus appartement op de eerste verdieping. Fietsen kunnen in de tuin gezet worden. Het ontvangst is duidelijk en host is zeer vriendelijk. De keuken is uitgebreid, prima pannen. Er is een gedeelde badkamer met toilet, en een apart toilet. Locatie is prima, fietsafstand van de stad. Netflix op tv, goede wifi. Koelkast vol met drank die je tegen betaling kan pakken, 1 is gratis, lekkere chocolade en eieren. Kleden in de kast, dus lekker knus op de bank!

Het bed is lekker, kussens iets te groot, maar een kussentje van de bank deed het prima!

Житло — це дві невеличкі, але дуже комфортні кімнати (вітальня-кухня та спальня), які розташовані на другому поверсі. Хоча туалет і душ були спільними на поверсі, це не створювало жодних незручностей. Окремо хочеться відзначити господаря: він був дуже привітним, усе нам показав і розповів.

Alles wat wij nodig hadden was aanwezig: goed bed en schoon sanitair.

Het meubilair en de inrichting is functioneel en niet kapot, maar eigenlijk wel al een tijdje aan vervanging toe. Alles ziet er een beetje ouderwets en versleten uit. Er is airco, maar als je die aanzet kan je elkaar bijna niet meer verstaan door de herrie. Toen op de begane grond een deur open stond, stonk de hal heel sterk naar ‘hond’; dat was niet heel aangenaam.

Een warm en toegankelijk verblijf met oog voor detail en gastvrijheid.

We werden hartelijk ontvangen en er stond een drankje klaar dat je mocht nemen. Op slechts acht minuten lopen ligt een winkelcentrum met een supermarkt. Als je van plan bent om te koken, neem dan wel je eigen basisbenodigdheden mee. Ik was met mijn moeder, die een rollator gebruikt. Omdat het appartement op de eerste verdieping ligt, was het voor ons belangrijk dat de trap twee leuningen had — dat was gelukkig het geval. De gedeelde douche en het toilet bevinden zich op dezelfde verdieping als het appartement, wat erg praktisch was. De rollator kon beneden blijven staan. We mochten bovendien gebruikmaken van de gratis parkeerplek van de eigenaar, direct voor de deur. Een warm gebaar was dat onze naam op de deur stond bij aankomst — een persoonlijke en gastvrije touch.

Der Ekel über das dreckige Appartment überwog die Freundlichkeit von Ser und die Nähe zu Stadt

Die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert, der Inhaber (Ser) war sehr nett, es gab gekühlte Getränke im Kühlschrank, ich konnte mein Fahrrad sicher im Hof unterbringen, Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren sauber, das Badezimmer auch.

Das Appartment war schlichtweg dreckig. Wasserkocher, Microwelle und die Leisten auf der Arbeitsplatte waren dreckig verklebt mit Staub und altem Fett, auf den Regalbrettern im Schrank klebte altes Reinigungspulver, das die Oberfläche auch bereits angegriffen hatte, darauf standen die Schneidebretter. Eine alte Metalldose hat Rostringe auf dem Regalboden hinterlassen. Auf den Teppichleisten klebte alter Dreck, auf den Tischedecken waren fremde Haare, im Teppichboden war Dreck reingetreten und er war sehr fleckig. Ich wies Ser darauf hin und er sagte, er wolle es sich am nächsten Tag anschauen. Unerheblich für mich, da dies bereits mein Abreisetag war. Er sagte, das Appartment würde nun gereinigt werden.

Gezellige schone doch wat gedateerde studio, van alle gemakken voorzien. Gedeelde badkamer en toilet alles super schoon en netjes. Op loopafstand van het MECC en prima busverbinding met Maastricht Centrum.

Klantgerichtheid, alles met liefde en veel aandacht ingericht en verzorgd: comfortabele bedden, gratis verse eieren (van eigen kipjes) voor ontbijt, gratis 2 welkom-drankjes, vroeg inchecken, usb-oplader voor je telefoon naast de bed, schone kamer en gedeelde badkamer, gratis parkeren op straat. Kortom, super!
