I would highly recommend this place.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at this accommodation and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the cleanliness, comfort, and thoughtful touches throughout the space. The room was spacious, tastefully decorated, and equipped with all the essentials – plus a few extras like coffee, snacks, and toiletries that made it feel even more like home. The bed was especially comfortable, and I slept better than I had in weeks! The location was also perfect – quiet, safe, and conveniently close to shops, restaurants, and public transport. Whether you're in town for business or leisure, this place is a great choice. Not to forget Nicola, she was approachable since the beginning till the check out. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again!

Great and pleasant stay
We had a pleasant stay, the accommodation was clean, pleasantly laid out and stocked with essentials. The site was nice and quiet and well located as a home base from going out and visiting friends and day trips during the day. We look forward to returning and staying here again in the future.

The caravan was perfectly adequate for our needs as a family of three with an adult child. The location was excellent!
Great location for exploring the north Devon coast. Fully equipped kitchen for our needs. Bedding & towels were provided. Milk & chocolate biscuits were there for our arrival. Also the host had provided an extremely welcome fan for the hot days.
The cushions in the living room smelled musty and could have done with a wash.

Sinks and toilet bowl were clean on arrival. Clean bedsheets.
The keysafe code is unchanged from Dec 2024 from my initial booking (I kept key on me all times, caused issues with family access/plans) The floors were messy (possible insect/rodent mess in bathroom) and mould on bedroom curtains and walls. Plates, cups, cutlery, utensils, pans, and kitchen surfaces were dirty. Dirty fingerprints on microwave. Mould on table placemats. Mattress in twin room smelled of urine. One supplied towel had stains on it. The whole cabin required airing on arrival as it smelled VERY musty. And I needed to spray sofa fabrics with deodoriser/disinfectant. I wouldn't stay here again. I should have taken photos! Smells are difficult to convey. I was unable to find alternative and available accommodation elsewhere due to family plans.

Functional, but needs some improvements
Location was excellent, property was functional and had the necessary appliances and services.
The property smelt of smoke, despite being a non-smoking property. It was also very dated internally and would benefit from a refurb at some point. The Wi-Fi details provided were incorrect. Also, the instructions could have been clearer as to where the property is. It is quite important to know that there are different "areas" of the holiday park, and the specific area was not obvious. It was also expensive for what it was, but that is due to the location I would imagine.

perfect relaxing break away.
the property was spacious and clean and the hosts thought of everything. milk in the fridge. coffee in the cupboard. oil next to the hob, shower gel and shampoo on the bathroom, a full range of cooking utensils. and crockery, the holiday home was centrally located within 20 mins of a beach and 15 mins of Asda. highly recommended.
there is nothing negative to say about this property, it was centrally located. clean, tidy. well equipped. it had everything we needed and more, I highly recommend staying here.

Had a bit of a strange smell to the Caravan. I thought I read that rooms would be cleaned, but were not. Wasnt a big deal as we were only staying for 4 nights.
