La stanza consiste di un letto matrimoniale, un comodino e un armadio, con sopra la televisione. È stato inoltre posizionato uno specchio. La pulizia della stanza è ottima, e sono riuscito a riposare bene con i cuscini, medio-alti, e con il letto. La posizione era perfetta per il viaggio di lavoro intrapreso, con distanza di 20 minuti a piedi dal centro internazionale per congressi di Barcellona. A 5 minuti a piedi si trova inoltre la linea del tram T4, con collegamenti verso le più vicine stazioni della metropolitana. L'area è di nuova costruzione

Suggerirei di posizionare un cestino in camera, in modo da non dover recarsi nel bagno condiviso per gettare eventuale spazzatura. Suggerirei inoltre di installare qualche mensola in modo da avere piani d'appoggio nella stanza, altrimenti totalmente assenti al di fuori dei 3 ripiani dell'armadio. Sebbene il prezzo fosse il più basso nei dintorni, trovo comunque sia sproporzionato rispetto ad una stanza dall'arredamento comunque minimal con bagno in comune e colazione non inclusa; è possibile che i prezzi a Barcellona siano in generale eccessivi. Il comfort è limitato dal bagno in comune, non tanto per la pulizia, che è buona, ma per la necessità di condivisione, specie nei momenti più critici. È bene dunque rimarcare che il bagno è condiviso da un'altra stanza.

The room and bathroom were safe, clean and comfortable. The price was good. The location was as good as I could get for that price. There is a 24 hour grocery store in the same block, and there is also a wonderful café with friendly staff around the corner where I made friends and got some personal encouragement as a tourist.

There was no waste paper basket in the room and no mirror in the room so I needed to use the shared bathroom, not only to clean up, but also whenever I needed to use the mirror. There are no hooks in the room so I needed to hang my damp towel over the open door of the closet. The hooks that existed at one time are broken off on the room door. The host did not give me any basic information up front about the area or how the shade worked on the room window. The host was not personally welcoming.

This is a flat in the residential area, so it has a quiet atmosphere in the evening. The room is clean. They provide towels and hair dryer.

The wall is thick, even a small noise (That is normal level of sound) made from the other room will be heard.
