What amazing hotel and amazing people. Thank you

Unlike other hotels, the hotel does not disclose tourist tax as part of its price i.e. when you look at the booking on Agoda it shows you price with 'all tax included' however they will separately charge you tourist tax on top of that when you arrive. It's a manadatory tax but other hotels are more honest about it and disclose it in the price. Agoda doesn't care about this and lets hotels get away with this. As this is not an honest business practice, I believe the hotel should deserve low marks.

Went with my best friend and we booked the junior suite. It was on tje 24th floor. The view was amazing onside we had a view of the ocean and the other was of the mountains and Sagrada Famillia. The room was a big room and very spacious. There was a king size bed and a pull out couch. The balcony was also an good size. My only gripe with the room was the bathroom, the glass door was only half frosted and did not give any privacy, but the shower was fully frosted door but only the lower half of the window was frosted which overlooked the city. The shopping mall was literally next door which eas great for shopping, the bus stop right outside so getting around was easy. The beach was a 10 min walk and was really nice and clean. Restaurant wise they are a little walk away but worth the walk as the food was amazing. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Our balcony door lock broke in the evening and staff came within 5 mins to do a temporary repair, couldn't fully fix it as they had to order the handle but showed us how to secure it in the interim. Coffee machine was temperamental but I think thst more of a user issue 🤣 all in all loved the hotel and would definitely stay there again. Didn't take pics as had a video of the room, but cant upload it here.

Appreciated the location (right across the road from the international conference centre). Otherwise, felt it was overpriced and not worth ***per night for the small room with a toilet that emanated awful smells if the lid was kept open.
