Clean and close to the Anfield stadium

The room was clean and it was close to the Anfield stadium (what was our purpose of the visit). Check-in option with keys in the box is very easy and helpful.

Very cold in the bathroom. Check out time could be at least 1 hour later but overall very good sleepover option.

Surprisingly great little guest house

Room was very cosy, comfy, well-aired and heated, and well-cleaned. The kitchen and bathroom areas were pretty well maintained and stocked, and is directly next to a premier and across from a few really tasty takeout places. Would definitely come again

Honestly, the only three issues I had was the fact that the WiFi occasionally kept cutting out and was a challenge to get working on our phones, there was some wear and tear on some of the walls, and some noise from the outside when travelling from room to room, but nothing even close to a deal-breaker. All very minor issues for the great price and location

Everything was suppose to be large double bed and was small double. Had no channels on the tv had to be through Utube not the best. Had no heating which is not good when you used to a hot country and feel the cold. Kitchen was basic no control markers on oven. Not enough utensils eg spoons folks and cooking equipment all in all was pleased to be leaving also no wardrobe or clothes rail in room bathroom was okay but out dated would not stay here again

Bad property

Good location for Anfield Stadium.

Very deep stairs and narrow with filthy carpet to upper floor. The smell was very bad downstairs. Bathroom with torn flooring, that is where the smell is coming from. A "kitchen" really is a joke with no two dishes and hardly any cutlery. Description " a fully equipped" kitchen is a lie. "Each room includes a bath and a comfortable living area" is a lie too. Shared bathroom and no space at all for anything. Of course no air-conditioning as stated. Room very small. Walls dirty especially in corridor. No fire escape at upper floor, place is a real fire trap. Do not go there.

Great place to stay for football fans, less than 10 mins walk from Anfield stadium

Location close to Anfield stadium, nice, clean room, electric radiator, very comfortable bed, very good bus communication with city centre

It was freezing cold in the hallway and kitchen, so I had to use heating in my room all the time, which caused my skin super dry and itchy, very steep stairs, neighborhood is a bit sketchy, doesn't look safe to walk outside after dark

Clean, comfortable room which was perfect for what we needed it for. Didn't really use the bathroom much but it was clean. Very good value for money and was kept updated and informed with all the information that we needed. Would definitely stay again

A bit noisy from upstairs in the morning. Could hear all movement of furniture. Not a massive problem. Booking.com have it advertised as 11am check out but it was actually 10am.

Nothing really. We couldn’t stay there, in room next to our room (3) they were blasting music, smelt like weed constantly

Everything to be honest, I’m quite disappointed, we didn’t even get a refund so I’ll probably take it further. Also debt letters everywhere downstairs near front door.

The cracks in most of the walls The bathroom was disgusting and the bath had feet stains in Mold and damp on walls when coming up the stairs No cutlery Hosts aren’t much help at all, given us a broken fan in 26 degree heat The area is dodgy and people were knocking on our door at 9am waking us up Marks on the bedroom walls WiFi didn’t work AND hosts provided the incorrect WiFi name Not enough cupboard space at all

Good place to stay if attending event at Anfield stadium

Easy to find the property. Extremely close to Anfield stadium so that was really useful for events. The room was really tidy, clean and comfortable!

The rooms are not at all soundproof. The people down the hall were slightly loud and I could hear everything happening in the hallway.

I loved the location! It is close to downtown Liverpool and the stadium! The bed is extremely comfortable and the accommodation are excellent! Great value for my money!

I didn’t like how the sheets were a little dirty it seemed! It just had a little lint all over it no big deal but at first glance bothered me! Also that you could hear others in the facilities! Not much they can do about that!

I didn't have breakfast there,but there was a really lovely cafe called the Nest on the same road and the breakfast was excellent and the location too, plenty of takeaways and shops thank you.

The other guests were about noisy.I couldn't get into the property at first with the key code,but was sent a different one to my girlfriend and not to my email thank you

Room as described and suitable for our needs, will use this again.

Room was suitable for our needs for the night. Clean and comfortable beds. Other guests were quiet and were no problem.

Freshly decorated but was obvious it was decorated quickly. Flooring was hard floor which meant that we could hear the footsteps from upstairs when they started moving around in the morning. Luckily we were up so didn't cause too much disturbance. Host took 13 days to reply to my question re arrival times.

Great place for a stay in Liverpool

A really lovely room in Liverpool, very comfortable bed and easy check-in/check-out procedure. The place is very clean. There is a bus stop right next to the building, and there is a direct bus to a city centre. I definitely recommend that place for a stay in Liverpool.

I liked how it was small and comfy it came with a fan which most hotels don’t have that luxury and I’d love to stay again sometime

Great place near the anfield stadium, would Recommend.

Overall the room was good for the stay, beds were comfortable and great size. The room was modern with great space. Room felt clean with nice storage space. Instructions via text message made it easier to find the place (labelling the side streets) description on the front door could be made (unless I missed it) wasn’t the easiest to find at night time.

It was a bit tricky getting the keys from the lock box. I luckily found parking on one of the side streets otherwise would have been tricker getting to the place. High street was a bit rundown. Room was a lovely size, modern and beds were very comfortable. It was a bit noisy next to the high street but that was fine, didn’t affect sleep. However, there was a toxic smell in the room that kept waking me up (like a wooden type smell), I wouldn’t have liked to stay in the room throughout the day. Bathroom wasn’t in the best condition but was good to be next to the bedroom, easy access for my children. The door lock left me feeling a bit uneasy through the night, I personally would have felt safer with an additional lock from the inside.
