Staff was very kind and friendly.
The food was excellent. The breakfast was included in the price of the stay and we also had lunch and dinner there - for each meal you could choose from several options and all of them were really tasty.
The room we stayed in was really comfortable, spacious, big beds + added a crib for our baby per request. Enough wardrobes for the clothing. Small but useful balcony as well. Bathroom also spacious which I really liked.
The location is great, I like that it is not too close to the center and all the crowd, and there are several groceries near by, bakery...
The water in the swimming pool (spa) could be warmer.

There is no lunch/dinner at hotel when it is off season which is reasonable

Staff was very nice. Breakfast was very good.
Bathroom door could not be closed and there was not hot water. Not enough space in spa area. Water in the pool was cold and you had to pay extra for the jacuzzi.
