Very good location just 5 min from the train station and the beach.
Some spaces in the property are a bit uncomfortable to walk around. Not much space around the bed, same for the bathroom sink, positioned in a small corner. It was generally clean but not deep cleaned, that could be improved as well. Rather than that everything else was great.

Very clean, a lovely fresh smell when I returned each evening. Underfloor heating in the lounge & kitchen area - luxury. Glorious view of St. Ives whenever you open the front door of the building.
Mattress on the bed was slightly hard for me, but I got used to it after a few days. There’s a step down from the bedroom, but I put the apartment’s broom halfway across it, so I would always remember there was a step. These are only minor things, but apartment is really nice, and I’ve stayed in very many in St Ives over time.
