A great place for those who love old Istanbul. Characteristic narrow cobbled streets, small cafes and shops. Convenient location. The metro is not far away, taxis arrive quickly. Nearby is Taksim Square and the famous Istanbul tram (costs 27 lira), Istiklal Street with all its shops, souvenirs, cafes and restaurants. You can get to the Galata Tower either by tram or on foot.
