1) The host Ms Annie responded to enquiries in a fashionable way.
2) The unit is well taken care of.
3) Quieter than expected, provided good quality rest and sleep.
4) Well maintained building with all public facilities in good working conditions.
5) Walking distance for food and groceries.
6) Good car park.
7) Ms Annie’s unit comes with great view from the balcony.
1) The security access doors at public spaces do not buzz when someone left it open over a long period of time. This raises a bit of security concern as non tenants could enter the building..
2) Limited EV chargers, as maybe not open to non-Thai, since a Thai Tax ID is required. So making the EV charging at the apartment impossible. Have to charge else where.

The property is great and close to many shops and restaurants and not far from old town. 7/11 is across the street which is super convenient, the pool is the best in Chiang Mai and it is really nice having a kitchen and a washer/dryer.
The bed and the couch are incredibly uncomfortable. If you don’t sit or sleep much, you should be fine but both are like sitting/laying on wood planks. After a few days, my husband and I both had significant back/hip pain that of course went away as soon as we left and slept somewhere else.
