Cracking apartment in a perfect location - great views of the harbour and so close to all pubs, restaurants and shops - dead easy to nip back to if you've forgotten something or need to drop off shopping etc. Excellent communication from the host in advance - knew exactly where to go, where to park to unload, the information was clear and we were given several contact numbers in case of any queries or issues; there were none. Clean and very well equipped - we could have cooked full meals there but we hadn't planned to make much use of the kitchen given all the wonderful local eateries! Plenty of hot water, efficient heating, decent shower, large comfy bed, quality linen, powerful hairdryer, reliable WiFi - had thought of everything including spare batteries, first aid and sewing kits! Also appreciated the decent cleaning and dishwashing materials - including a tea towel and hand towel in the kitchen - and the welcome pint of milk in the fridge and tea, coffee, sugar, decaf etc. Even a coffee machine with some pods. A little haven within the haven that is Padstow. Would stay here again.

Struggle to find anything to complain about - if being really picky it would be useful to have an ice tray for the pre-dinner gin and tonic - but I had taken one with me! No parking given the very central location, but there are several car parks close by and free on street parking if you are prepared to walk for a couple of minutes up the hill.

Superb central location. Beautifully decorated, pristine and a very well-equipped kitchen. We really appreciated the extra touches including fresh flowers, milk in fridge on our arrival and Cornish shortbread!

Beautiful apartment with tasteful decor and quality fittings. Excellent attention to detail. Host provided refreshments, cleaning equipment etc. Very thoughtful. Accomodation situated in the harbour with lovely views overlooking harbour. Thoroughly recommend.

Dish rack starting to show signs of wear and tear. Corroded. Sofa slightly uncomfortable - bit lumpy. Would have been nice to have a comfy chair to use when looking out of window.
