Great location with parking - a huge bonus in Padstow. Quiet enclosed courtyard with seating would be lovely in summer. Huge sitting room, very well appointed kitchen, two nice clean bathrooms (one with Jacuzzi bath!). Mattresses very comfortable.
No view (frosted glass in 2 bedroom windows). Ceiling very thin, you can hear every footstep from above and our upstairs neighbours were very early risers...
