Look like there was a little battle between the hotel people and the people doing the Airbnb‘s Hotel people were a little bit rude to those of us that were staying at the Airbnb For instance, our luggage got dumped out of a luggage cart and all over the floor in a pile and the hotel staff was a little incredulous about it we had it stored in the luggage room, and obviously somebody needed the cart so they just threw all of our stuff in the floor in a pile, and we had to individually carry all the pieces up I’ve never had that happen before The woman that looked to be the manager was extremely rude to both my wife and I

responsive quick customer service great location - beach access staff was very friendly and helpful rooftop pool with cabana options first come first serve beach umbrella and chairs available also first come first serve kitchen was well equipped with almost everything needed to cook, even has coffee machine with pods and drip Coffee options only have to supply your own toiletries and reuse towels provided but washer dryer in condo which is great.

some initial issues like safe and phone did not work but the owner was very quick to respond and send someone who helped right away. my 2 year old kept was able to open front door which was nerve racking so I would suggest considering adding a physical door lock from the inside if possible.
