Convenient location, spacious rooms,comfortable beds
One of the staff (female) was rude the minute we walked in the door. We were taking some towels upstairs for the pool and she told us not to that we could take the when we come back down. This was a little shock and considering we just checked in.

Presidential suite only had door on one bedroom. 2 bedrooms off kitchen and living area had no doors so did not make sense

Loved the staff, location, how big and clean rooms were, pool area
No pressure in shower, maybe get different shower heads. The music from bar downstairs was loud and so was outside. Loud people in hallways

The location was close to everything, walking distance
Lack of essentials, toilet papers, trash bags, the room with the sofa bed was extremely hot, the ac didn’t not reach
