Arrived Friday night with booking of the room through Agoda. The hotel clerk informed me that he can’t find our reservation. Huh?
I had email with reservation, pending transaction on the credit card, they did nothing. Had to call Agoda, they talked to the front desk person, but couldn’t do anything. Agoda gave a refund and I had to book different property for the same night through them. Had no problem with the other property whatsoever.
I think Beachside resort decided that they charged too low for Friday night prematurely and just canceled the reservation last second. Very dishonest.
Needless to say, while I was waiting for the whole situation to resolve there were at least 2 other people who had issues with the property. Only one person was at the front desk and a line of people trying to check in, solve the problems at 7pm…
Book at your own risk. You may arrive at the property just to find out that they “can’t find your reservation”… Confirmation email and charge on the Credit Card is not prove enough for the property to give you a room.

We stayed for a 3 day weekend. The two beds in 1 room and the other king bed separate, were just what we needed. The proximity to the beach and the pool area were highlights for us. The broadwalk being 2 short blocks away was very convenient. The only downside is that you hear everything outside very easily so if people are loud , you will hear their whole conversation. Another plus was the availability of outdoor grills. The kitchenette was useful but very small so 2 regular size pans couldn't fit next to each other. Also checkout is 10, which is a bit early. Altogether would stay here again
