The apartment was fantastic 👌 great location with easy access to metro and bus stop. Highly recommend. 1 set of stairs up to apartment.
Little bit of noise from street and the main access door downstairs when it closes.

Apartamento bem conservado e bem limpo! Boa localizaçao! Lencois, toalhas tudo de boa qualidade! Tinha tudo necessario para se organizar la, produtos de limpeza, utilitarios de cozinha! O chuveiro era otimo!
Para pegar a chave foi uma experiencia pessima, fica muito distante do apartamento o mercadinho para ir carregando as malas e nao recebi o codigo corretamente entao precisei ficar um tempo la esperando tentando falar com o responsavel para pegar o codigo pois o moco do mercadinho nao me liberava a chave mesmo eu tendo todos os dados da reserva. Me ofereceram um local para deixar as malas no check out com atendentes muito educados e solicitos, porem tambem a uma certa distancia do apartamento para ter que ir levando as malas, o que atrapalhou a experiencia do apartamento que é otimo!

Great location , modern , clean and well equipped
The WORST possible experience for picking up the key( 10 mins walk from accommodation. )None of the emails included the correct code needed to pick it up . It was 2 frantic hours on the phone from a small shop trying to persuade the letting company and booking.com to provide the correct information so the shop would hand over the key . Very stressful and DREADFUL customer service . Very POOR communication and assistance .
