I checked out early from this hotel after repeated privacy issues and extremely disappointing handling by management.
During our stay, photographers inside the hotel repeatedly took identifiable photos of me and my wife in the private pool area without obtaining our consent, then later attempted to sell the photos to us. After the first incident, I formally complained to hotel management and received written confirmation that the matter had been addressed. Despite this, the exact same behavior happened again afterward, which showed complete disregard for guest privacy and complaints.
What made the situation worse was the dismissive attitude from management and reception staff, who openly defended the practice instead of ensuring guest comfort and privacy.
In addition, several amenities promoted as part of the resort experience — including the beach, spa, tennis court, and other facilities — are not actually located within the same hotel property. They are across a public road at another branch/location and require transportation by golf cart to access. Many of these facilities also become inaccessible after midnight, which was never clearly disclosed during booking.
Had these conditions been transparently presented beforehand, I would not have booked this property. I ultimately completed an early check-out and moved to another hotel due to the unresolved privacy concerns and misleading representation of the property experience.

The staff here weren’t proactive. They always had to be nudged to do the basic things that you would expect from a hotel. It’s a no for me.
