Only one pool. We were also bumped to this house from the larger house and had to pay more. Disappointed.

A spacious property. Unusually good collection of cutlery, crockery and utensils. Ensuite in every bedroom. Excellent walk-in robes in bedrooms with lots of hangers. Plenty of towels. Managers were attentive to our issues.

Watch out for the 'damage deposit', which caught me by surprise. Apparently, it's in the property description, but I missed it. After paying 100% of the very large fee for the property, I was shocked to get a demand for an additional $2,000 bond. I was even threatened with booking cancellation if I didn't provide my credit card details ahead of arrival. Naturally, this tarnishes the experience substantially, as we were permanently worried that anything that wasn't working as expected would come out of our deposit. As it turns out, there were several minor maintenance items. We organised a property inspection on day two of our stay as protection. Minor quibbles: Only a small pool, no spa. Several instruction booklets were for appliances no longer present. Unclear check-in instructions created some consternation. Would have liked a better sound system in the lounge area.

Amazing location. Great property with lots of bedrooms and own bathrooms! Obviously for adults only and not families with kids, as too many stairs and steps.

We found there was quite a bit of dust everywhere, perhaps the cleaners not doing their bit, that’s all. Only bringing this up as most of us have allergies and there was a lot of sneezing and obvious dust. Some of the girls had issues with the construction noise from next door. I was ok as I work in construction and quite immune to it.
