apartment was well equipped and was a great location for disney. lots of noise and door slamming to the entrance of the apartments. property needs a little tidying but was good value for money.

I had to go to reception, pick up the key drive back to drop off all my bags then drive back to the aparments next door and park my car there.I did not feel comfotable leaving my car in an open car park in a block of flats next door.

Nice apartment parking lets it down

Very clean nice apartment with a balcony

I didn’t like we had to park next door. Having a lot of stuff and having to take it down the road. We were worried about the car as we had a lot of stuff in it for camping.

Good for Disney, but not good if you sleep lightly or need a firm bed

Distance from Disneyland and transport links.

Bed was very soft, both woke up with back pain. There was a lot of outside noise until 1am, as well as the other residents in the building making loads of noise. The floor wasn’t clean, my feet were filthy after walking on it bare foot after my shower.

La struttura è situata a circa 15/20 minuti di autobus da Disneyland Paris

Arriviamo in appartamento poco prima delle 22 e sentiamo martellare, trapanare e spostare mobili. Alle 23 passate la situazione era ancora la medesima. La cosa è andata avanti per un po’. Una situazione incresciosa. Abbiamo anche provato a contattare l’host al numero che ci ha fornito in fase di prenotazione: il telefono era probabilmente spento o in modalità aereo in quanto il nostro messaggio è arrivato solo il mattino dopo, quando ormai era chiaramente troppo tardi. Il Wi-Fi non ha mai funzionato (e il telefono non prendeva)… Le lenzuola erano poco pulite e polverose. Una delle prese vicino al letto era fuori dal muro. L’acqua nel lavandino in bagno non scendeva. Due asciugamani di numero, minuscole peraltro. Il piano cottura del cucinino sembrava quasi fosse stato utilizzato e non pulito. Il riscaldamento - pur funzionando - non riscalda la stanza perché la finestra ha gli spifferi, per cui rimane fredda. Purtroppo avremmo voluto chiedere supporto al numero da loro indicato, ma non hanno mai risposto al primo messaggio da noi inviato. Il giorno del check-out alle 11 bussano dicendo che il checkout era alle 11. Noi abbiamo provato a spiegare in inglese che l’app di Booking segnalava le 12:00. Abbiamo avuto difficoltà ad interagire perché l’addetto parlava esclusivamente in francese. Alla fine ci ha chiesto di fargli vedere l’app di Booking e mostrare che l’orario indicato fosse le 12:00. Appurato ciò ci ha invitato nuovamente ad andare via.

We hebben genoten!

Alles wat je nodig hebt voor een weekend Disney. Fijn bed, keuken van alle gemakken voorzien, balkon om even een frisse neus te halen en een schone douche.

Het was jammer dat er na tien min douchen er voor de volgde geen warm water meer was. Maar dat komt ook omdat we het gewend zijn om thuis lekker uitgebreid te douchen hahahaa

Personeel spreekt geen Engels. Ik kreeg 1 Frans bericht toen ik boekte. Verder niets gehoord van de eigenaar. Het bed was erg klein voor 2 personen. Ook kregen we een andere kamer dan die we geboekt hadden, wat onveiliger voelde en minder privacy gaf omdat het op de begane grond is.

La posizione strategica comoda con le fermate del bus praticamente davanti al cancello dell'appartamento pulito c'è tutto il necessario, letto comodissimo, receptionist h 24 cordialissimi, con un bellissimo micino all'esterno che ti accoglie all'arrivo tenerissimo vicino ci sono negozi utili come farmacia lavanderia un panificio con servizio caffè con ottima scelta di brioches dolci e salate

Emplacement top pour Disneyland

L'emplacement est vraiment top pour aller à Disneyland, arrêt de bus 2233 juste en face de la résidence, en 10-15 min il vous dépose à la gare de Disney (Chessy Nord). Petit appartement fonctionnel et propre en rdc avec lit double, petite cuisine équipée, salle de bain avec douche, WC et rangements. Serviettes de toilette fournies et du savon et gel douche également. Logement accessible 24h/24 avec gardien et parking privé surveillé.

La literie n'est pas confortable, trop molle, mal au dos en ce qui me concerne. Isolation phonique pas terrible mais avec des boules quies pas de souci.

letto scomodissimo, prodotti da bagno due bustine piccolissime, doccia che non si appendeva perchè rotta, nemmeno la presenza di una bottiglietta di acqua, stanza al piano terra quindi si sentivano i rumori delle auto e delle moto, gente che chiacchierava tutta la notte sia fuori che nelle stanze vicino...orribile tutto.
