Clean and very well equipped property. Ideal for our needs and a lot brighter and more spacious than I had anticipated
I could not find out easily what is recycled in the area, but would not mark down based on that, just may be useful info to have visible in the kitchen?

Excellent location and friendly neighbours. Enough parking space for a big family car clean front entrance. Cosy conservatory and high-quality furnishings all house round. There is BBQ and clean garden furniture. All electricals work well.
I couldn't think of any.
