Тихо вночі, крім чайок). Перфектне розташування до порту, до центру. До пляжу 5-7 хв пішки. Поруч два великі супермаркети (Conad, Max). Рибний магазин та місцеві овочі фрукти. Почав працювати ліфт 😊
Немає виду з вікон, бо вони закриті на 2/3 склоблоками і виходять у внутрішній двір
