The staff are so helpful and attentive, and gave us tips for where to go on the island as well as lending us snorkelling kit. They also welcomed us with cold water when we first arrived which was a nice touch after a very hot walk from the port! We rented bikes from them for 50k each, and the breakfast they made us every day was simple but delicious. There is also a kitchen area with a stove, fridge and water machine which is a nice touch and helps save money. The place is well located and just 5 mins from the beach and the Main Street of cafes and restaurants. We also had frequent visits from Bintang the cat which was definitely a bonus :)
In general it could be cleaner. There were piles of dead ants in a couple of locations. The floor of the outside terrace area was also quite grubby.
