This RV parking property is a Superhost AirBnB. 2005 Advanturer Motorhome 22 ft, Tritron 6.8 V-10 Super Duty 140 strong engine, 17798 km. Sleeps 3 and has 5 seat belts. Brand new security 4-camera system / backup camera. Newer tire / refrigerator / hot water tank / LED interior lights. We require no smoke, drug, marijuana, alcohol in the RV. (may have big damage cost if not comply) Other things to note: INSURANCE All renters must obtain rental insurance from Outdoorsy. CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS We expect that you return the RV in the same condition as you received it, eg. Grey and black water tanks emptied, and gas & propane tanks full. We will provide full training and instructions. Extra charges will apply if not returned in same condition. DAMAGE DEPOSIT A $900 damage deposit is required upon checkout in case of damage or if not returned in the same condition as agreed, aside from normal wear and tear. A walk-around inspection will be done before and after.
