La struttura si trova in una posizione centralissima di Gioia del Colle, con un rapporto qualità/prezzo eccellente. I proprietari sono stati super disponibili sia per il check-in che per il check-out.
Purtroppo la finestra della cucina era priva di tenda o tapparella, il che rappresenta un problema per chi, come me, è abituato a dormire al buio.

Bardzo mili gospodarze, bezproblemowy odbiór i zdanie kluczy. Apartament z jedną sypialnią z dużym łóżkiem podwójnym i przechodnim drugim pokojem z 2 pojedynczymi łóżkami. Możliwość grzania i klimatyzacji. Dostępne wszystko co jest potrzebne na krótszy i długi pobyt - aneks kuchenny z czteropalnikową kuchenką, pralką, garnkami i zastawą kuchenną ekspresem do kawy z kapsułkami. Przyjechaliśmy z Matery, odwiedziliśmy Alberobella i Grota di Castiliana- dobry punkt wypadowy do zwiedzania Apulii i powrotu do Bari. Mieliśmy problem ze znalezieniem blisko miejsca parkingowego, nie byłam też pewna gdzie można było parkować bo nie było oznaczeń na ulicy.

The hosts are very responsive, helpful, and kind. They showed up with a solution every time we had a problem. The location is great, 10 minute walk from the train station; the balcony a refreshment, and there were cleaning supplies to clean the bathroom in our long stay.
You get what you pay for. The money you save you sacrifices it in comfort.
The toilet only has a curtain, not a door. There are 46 steps to go to the apartment. We knew this from the description and pictures, not their fault, but worth keeping in mind if you're planning to stay here.
The beds and pillows are very uncomfortable. They're actually two beds put together.
The wifi was barely functional. The host had to give us his sim card for cellular data (grazie mille, Giuseppe!)
The air conditioning must be kept at 25 or else it will turn off automatically, but even at 25, it kept going off, and that was annoying :(
Make sure you ask the hosts if the washing machine has been fixed. It was broken during our stay. They gave us a card to go to a laundromat, and we appreciated it, but one trip wasn't enough for two people in two weeks.
There isn't anything to cook, which we knew from the description, but a coffee machine would be so easy to add and increase the value of the place and improve the overall experience. Same thing for an iron.
Overall, in high season, when everything is expensive, we were glad we found this affordable option and to have been hosted by helpful owners. These are a couple of things that I hope will be helpful for future guests.

Centrally located in Gioia del Colle, very near (as the name implies) the Norman-Swabian castle with the archaeological museum, and a 6-minute drive from the archaeological park at Monte Sannace with its excavated remains of an ancient pre-Roman Peucetian city. The hosts are AMAZING, most accommodating and friendly. When we needed to arrive later due to travel issues (and were delayed a further half-hour trying to drive around the local festa of San Rocco) they waited for us and received us with superhuman grace. When the washing machine in the upstairs unit did not work, Giuseppe bought us a card for the laundromat down the street. When the WiFi was spotty, Giuseppe intervened. The terrace just off the upstairs unit was delightful in the mornings and evenings.
