MIMMO'S HOUSE 2

Very nice apartment in a very good place. It's almost in the middle of center. Bars, restaurants, shops are close to the apartment. It's very well equipped, and a balcony is very good. You can see the Etna from it.

Only one. The apartment has too much stairs. Because it's in 3 floor.

Excellent location, close to the city center, 30 minutes by foot to the train station. Close to a big street with multiple groceries and bakeries and cafeterias. Apartment was like on the photos, we went there during the winter so we could not enjoy the terrace .Kitchen has all you need for short stay , its very convenient that there are 2 bathrooms one on each floor. The host communicated to us very fast and answered all our questions. Some reviews says its not a safe neighborhood which is totally not true, Catania has lots of old buildings that are not managed well, overall the neighborhood is normal, the building we were in was renovated the rest on the street was not that’s it.

Molto gradita la bottiglia d'acqua in frigo. Gli spazi dell appartamento sono sfruttati al meglio e si presenta molto bene. C'era la vasca idromassaggio che sicuramente avrebbe allietato il nostro soggiorno, ma non abbiamo avuto modo di provarla, magari la prossima volta!

Andrebbe migliorata la pulizia, specie nella doccia del piano terra (scarico pieno di peli e calcare ovunque) e nei filtri dei condizionatori (erano strapieni di polvere e li abbiamo dovuti sbattere fuori). La doccia del primo piano perdeva acqua e aveva la porta difettosa. Il lenzuolo ad angolo presentava un buco/strappo ad altezza schiena da un lato del letto. Andrebbe aggiunto qualche rotolo di carta igienica in più e carta da cucina. Il quartiere è un po' degradato.

Gute Lage und an sich auch schöne Unterkunft, Check-in hat problemlos geklappt, Vermieterin war hilfsbereit über Nachrichten. Sehr schöne Terrasse für den Sommer.

Eins der zwei Bäder war nicht geputzt, Dusche im anderen Badezimmer war schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und nicht wirklich sauber. Wir waren im Dezember und die Heizung im Schlafzimmer hat leider nicht wirklich gut funktioniert, weshalb es recht kalt war.
