Contact with the host was great- he was helpful and available at all times. The location is great- short distance to restaurants and bars. Very comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen. The apartament is located on a quiet Street.
It would be great to have some water provided after arrival and hand soap in the bathroom. The upstairs gets very hot on hot days as AC doesnt reach there, but the owner provided a fan which makes it bearable.

Ursino tiny house is actually a generously sized loft apartment with a well stocked kitchen for self catering, comfy bed and an easy walk to all of the major destinations Catania has to offer. Lovely local (not touristy) restaurants and bars within 5 minutes walk- close to the Castle. Great and easy communication with our host Andrea. We used his recommendations for local restaurants and transport services. We would highly recommend.
