la posizione è davvero eccezionale, vicinissima al centro. la casa è molto spaziosa
Di sicuro migliorerei gli arredi che risultavano un po' vecchi e in alcuni casi anche poco funzionanti, e farai un po' di manutenzione alla porta di casa e al bagno

MIGLIOREREI I SERVIZI IGIENICI LA BIANCHERIA DEI LETTI , AL POSTO DELLE COPERTE METTEREI PIUMONI E COPRIPIUMONI AGGIUNGEREI UNA MACCHINA ESPRESSO PER IL CAFFE' AGGIUNGEREI SPLIT NELLA ZONA GIORNO DEL LOFT IN QUANTO AVENDO SOGGIORNATO A DICEMBRE QUELLA ZONA ERA PIUTTOSTO FREDDA.

Ottima posizione , delizioso appartamentino soppalcato in un palazzo piuttosto vecchio. Secondo piano senza ascensore. Ampi spazi , comoda lavanderia , porta blindata, cucina fornita buona attrezzatura. Internet potente
Bagno un po’ datato ma essenziale, con vari prodotti. . Doterei il frigo almeno di una bottiglia di acqua e di qualche tovagliolo per la cucina.

L.appartamento come da foto,posizione buona ,
Bagno da rifare e aveva un forte odore proveniente dagli scarichi.Sedie rotte .Divano con sponde laterali rotte.Tre cuscini del letto sporchi sotto le.federe, cambiati con dei nuovi il giorno dopo.Un materasso del.letto matrimoniale, sotto il coprimaterasso era lurido,pieno di macchie,disgustoso .E' stato riportato un altro coprimaterasso di cotone , ma non e'.certo quello che protegge da una tale carica batterica ,nasconde.solo il problema.Soluzione dormito sul divano.
