Great size pool and plenty of chairs

Extremely noisy of a night they have the music blaring through out resort speakers all day and night. Seemed like so many rules and how staff would inform you was quite abrupt eg husband took a bottle of sparkling water at breakfast from a fridge (no sign and no lock) under toast section and was told off, gluten free basket sitting in clear view at breakfast again told off it was for a particular room then asked how I become “a room” and they shrug. No wifi in room (was eventually fixed), the shower in green suite is accessibly and floods the room (no out of shower drain) so asked for more towels to clean it so we could shower and was told only 4 allowed as per guest staying again eventually was sorted once I pressed front desk not to mention they also don’t have pool towels you must supply OR use room towel….! Another guests child vomited in pool and staff was more worried about a 10yr old unknowingly getting into an adult jacuzzi. So I think a little customer service training and basic 101s could help bring this resort up to being a lot better

Molto pulita ed accogliente

Parcheggio e posizione. Personale molto attento e cordiale.

Struttura in costruzione. Pochissimi comfort e servizi. Colazione non abbastanza diversificata. Costo eccessivo in relazione a quanto offerto.
