There is no breakfast incleded in our reservation. We are charge double with our cleaning and resort fee and additional 100 dollars downpayment even we are fully paid before our day of arrival. There are issues when we arrived in the place no internet connection so we cannot watch any program. The dishwasher are not functioning at all. We already called booking.com about our complaint and refund us the US$ 374 plus soonest.

Cleaning the balcony so we can enjoy the lake view.
